This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) supplements your underlying licensing agreement with ShellbaseAI.
1. Sovereign Processing
All data processed under this agreement is explicitly bounded by Indian jurisdictional laws. ShellbaseAI acts exclusively as a Data Processor regarding any customer queries sent to our Private AI clusters.
2. Zero Retention Clause
For strictly governed sectors (Healthcare/Banking), ShellbaseAI asserts a zero-retention policy for runtime inference prompts. Context windows are purged from memory immediately upon returning the generated response.
3. Sub-processors
Any updates to our domestic infrastructure sub-processors will be notified to the Enterprise 30 days prior to implementation to maintain DPDP compliance.
