Enterprise tiers feature distinct rate limits on GPU inference and semantic search queries depending on your contractual SLA. Excessive automated bot traffic exceeding contract terms may be temporarily throttled.
3. Limitation of Liability
ShellbaseAI provides orchestration and foundational model access 'as is'. We are not liable for incidental business damages caused by generative AI hallucinations, though our RAG pipelines aim to significantly reduce errors.
